She tells you exactly what’s off. You revise. You resubmit. And you don’t get certified on a technique until your work is at the level a paying client expects.

Lace tears, hairlines thin, wefts loosen. Every wig wears out. A basic repair can take 15–60 minutes and pays $75–$350+, with some jobs $800+.

How the program works
Learn the technique, do the work, get reviewed, revise until it meets the standard.

You watch the lesson and practice the technique on your kit.

You send Elisheva photos or a short video of your work over WhatsApp.

She reviews it personally and tells you exactly what to fix.

You revise and resubmit until it’s approved.

Once approved, you can take paying clients on that technique.
You repeat this for every repair type. By the time you’re certified, your work has been validated piece by piece by a master of the trade.
You don’t finish this program until you’ve earned your first paid dollar.

Elisheva Bagdadi started at twelve, at Deedee Wigs in Israel. By fourteen she was working in Lakewood, NJ salons. At eighteen she joined the elite Eva & Chloe salon for advanced techniques. Over a decade in the industry, she trained under master after master, the old way, by doing the work, having it corrected, and doing it again. She then went on to open her own salons in Lakewood and Miami.
She started Wig Mastery because that path barely exists for women who want to do this work from home, especially women balancing family or religious life. So she rebuilt it online. Today, 100+ Women have been trained through the program, and Elisheva still personally reviews every student’s work herself.
